On July 1, 2020, Mizuho Nishino, a second-year high school student, was having the worst 17th birthday. Her chance to connect with the senior she admired was lost, her parents forgot her special day, and, to top it all off, all school activities were canceled due to an outbreak of an unknown infectious disease. As she felt her youthful years slipping away, her childhood friend Kizuki suddenly confessed his love for her. This left Mizuho completely stunned, especially when Shin also admitted his feelings to her. Meanwhile, her other friends Airu and Shuugo seemed to be moving forward with their own relationships. For the five students who had grown up like family, Mizuho sensed that their bonds were beginning to unravel as everyone’s lives suddenly took different paths.
